Integrations
Connect Voxvaani with external services to extend your communication capabilities. Integrations enable WhatsApp messaging, contact enrichment, payment processing, and AI-powered features.
Overview
Integrations are the bridges between Voxvaani and third-party platforms. Each integration serves a distinct purpose and has its own setup requirements. Some integrations are configured at the organization level by administrators, while others can be managed by individual users.

If you are a client user and do not see an integration option in your settings, contact your administrator. Most integrations require admin-level access to configure because they involve API keys and credentials that apply organization-wide.
Available Integrations
The WhatsApp integration connects your Meta Business Account to Voxvaani, enabling you to send and receive WhatsApp messages through the platform’s business API.
Setup Overview
- Ensure you have a Meta Business Account and a verified WhatsApp Business Profile
- Navigate to the WhatsApp integration section in your settings
- Initiate the OAuth flow by clicking Connect WhatsApp
- Log in to your Facebook/Meta account when prompted
- Select the business account and WhatsApp number to link
- Grant the requested permissions
- Configure your webhook URL (provided by Voxvaani) in the Meta developer console
WhatsApp integration requires a verified Meta Business account. The verification process can take several days. Additionally, WhatsApp message templates must be approved by Meta before they can be used in campaigns. Plan your setup timeline accordingly.

Truecaller
Truecaller integration enriches contacts in your database with publicly available caller identification data, including:
- Caller name verification
- Spam score assessment
- Business category identification
- Location information
Setup Steps
- Obtain your Truecaller API credentials from the Truecaller Developer Portal
- Go to Settings from the sidebar and find the Truecaller section
- Enter your API key
- Toggle the integration to Active
- Use the Test button to verify the connection
Once enabled, Truecaller enrichment is applied automatically when you import or scrape new contacts.
Razorpay
Payment processing through Razorpay enables wallet top-ups and plan purchases directly within the Voxvaani platform.
How It Works
- Razorpay is configured at the platform level by your organization administrator
- When you purchase a plan or top up your wallet, the checkout flow redirects to Razorpay’s secure gateway
- Supported payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets
- Successful payments reflect in your Voxvaani balance within seconds
All payment data is processed by Razorpay’s PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. Voxvaani never stores your full card details or banking credentials.
OpenAI / Gemini
AI features in Voxvaani — including conversational AI agents, smart chatbots, and AI-assisted IVR flows — are powered by your OpenAI or Gemini API keys.
Setup Steps
- Obtain an API key from OpenAI or Google AI Studio
- Go to Settings from the sidebar and find the AI API Keys section
- Enter the key for the provider(s) you intend to use
- Click Save and use the Test button to validate
Both providers can be configured simultaneously. When creating an AI agent, you can choose which provider powers that specific agent.
Webhook Configuration
Some integrations (notably WhatsApp) require webhook URLs for real-time event delivery:

Voxvaani provides the exact webhook URL after you complete the integration setup. Copy this URL and paste it into the third-party service’s webhook configuration page. Webhooks are secured with a verification token to ensure only legitimate events are processed.
