Access your Voxvaani account using your email and password. The platform supports two user roles — Admin and Client — and automatically routes you to the appropriate dashboard after authentication.

Login Page
The login page provides a clean, secure authentication form accessible from any modern browser. All credentials are transmitted over HTTPS with encryption at rest.

Step-by-Step
- Open the Voxvaani application in your browser
- Enter your Email Address — use the exact address you registered with
- Enter your Password — note that passwords are case-sensitive
- Click Sign In
- You will be redirected based on your role:
- Admin users → Admin Dashboard with user management, billing, and system-wide reports
- Client users → Main Dashboard with campaigns, contacts, and channel-specific features
First-Time Login Tips
On your first login, head to Settings from the sidebar to complete your profile information and configure your voice provider, SMTP server, and AI keys. Skipping this step will prevent you from launching campaigns.
If you are logging in for the first time:
- After creating your account, you will be automatically logged in
- Navigate to your Profile Settings to upload a profile picture and verify your contact details
- Follow the Workspace Configuration checklist to set up providers
Password Visibility
Toggle the eye icon next to the password field to show or hide your password as you type. Use this to verify you have entered your password correctly before submitting.
Forgot Password
If you cannot remember your password:
- Click the Forgot Password? link on the login page
- Enter your registered email address
- Check your inbox for a password reset link (also check your spam/junk folder)
- Follow the link to set a new password
- Return to the login page and sign in with your new credentials
Password reset links are time-sensitive and expire after a short period. If your link has expired, repeat the forgot password process to receive a new one. Contact your administrator or support if you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes.
Login Troubleshooting

Admin vs. Client Redirect Behavior

If you believe you should have admin access but are being routed to the client dashboard, contact your platform administrator to have your role updated.
Session Security
Protect your session: Always log out when using a shared or public computer. Use the user menu in the top-right corner to end your session. Leaving your account logged in on an unsecured device exposes your campaign data, billing information, and contact lists to anyone with physical access.
Additional security measures in place:
- Passwords are case-sensitive and stored securely using industry-standard hashing
- Multiple failed login attempts may result in a temporary lockout for your account’s protection
- Session tokens expire after a period of inactivity; you will be prompted to log in again
