Create Account
Get started with Voxvaani by creating your account. You can register as a client user directly through the registration page, or an administrator can onboard you from the admin panel.

Before You Begin
Make sure you have the following ready before creating your account:
- A valid email address that you can access (this will be your login username)
- A phone number associated with your organization or personal use
- An organization name if you are registering on behalf of a business
- A secure password you can remember — see the password requirements below
Registration Page
Navigate to the Voxvaani login page and click Create Account to access the registration form.

Password Requirements: Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid reusing passwords from other services. A password manager is recommended for generating and storing strong, unique passwords.
Step-by-Step
- Go to the Voxvaani login page
- Click Create Account below the login form
- Fill in your name, email address, phone number, and password
- Double-check that your email address is correct — this is how you will recover your account if needed
- Submit the form
- You will be automatically logged in and redirected to the dashboard
Self-Registration vs Admin Onboarding
You can join Voxvaani through two paths. Choose the one that fits your situation.

If you are part of an organization that already uses Voxvaani, ask your administrator to add you from the Admin panel rather than creating a separate account. This ensures you have access to the correct organization resources and team settings.
Verification Required: Some platform features — including WhatsApp messaging, bulk email campaigns, and API access — may require a verified email address. Check your inbox for a verification email after registration. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or use the Resend Verification option in your profile settings.
After Registration
Once registered, you will land on the Dashboard. This is your starting point for using Voxvaani. From here you can:
- View your account balance and resource usage across all channels
- Configure your profile settings with a profile picture and additional details
- Set up your workspace with voice providers, SMTP, and AI keys
- Explore available features via the sidebar navigation
Best Practices
- Use a professional email address associated with your organization to maintain consistency across team communications
- Store your login credentials in a secure password manager — not in plain text files or shared documents
- Complete your profile setup immediately after registration to ensure your account is ready for campaigns
- Verify your email address if prompted — some platform features require a verified email
