Reading Your Wallet

The resource balance section displays three numbers for each resource:

  • Remaining — The raw count of units still available.
  • Allocation — The total units your plan provides.
  • Percentage bar — A visual gauge showing remaining vs. allocation, color-coded by threshold.

Example: If your Professional plan provides 3,000 WhatsApp messages and you have sent 900, the bar shows 70% remaining (green). If usage reaches 2,700, the bar shows 10% remaining (red).

Tips

  • Keep a positive money balance for uninterrupted service.
  • Monitor your resource balances and act promptly — campaigns pause the moment any resource reaches zero.
  • Review your transaction history regularly for accuracy.
  • If your organization has multiple team members, designate one person to monitor balances and handle top-ups to avoid duplicate purchases.
