Billing & Plans Overview
Voxvaani uses a plan-based resource balance model. Instead of a single wallet, your account has separate balances for each communication channel.
Resource Balances

How Billing Works
- Choose a Plan — Select a subscription plan that fits your needs
- Buy Resource Packs — Top up individual resources as needed
- Usage Deduction — Resources are deducted in real-time during campaigns
- Monitor — Track your balances from the dashboard and wallet page
Voice minutes: Deducted upfront at campaign launch based on the number of recipients — not per minute of connected call time.
WhatsApp messages: Deducted as each message is sent. Balance reflects usage within seconds.
Email credits: Deducted as emails are dispatched through your configured SMTP server.
Plans vs Resource Packs
Plans
Plans provide a monthly allocation of resources at a fixed price. Upgrading your plan increases your monthly limits.
Resource Packs
Resource packs are one-time purchases that add to your existing balance. Use them when you need extra capacity without changing your plan. Resource packs never expire.
What Happens When Balance Reaches Zero
When any resource balance reaches zero:
- Voice minutes at zero: Active voice campaigns pause. New campaigns cannot be launched. Incoming calls are unaffected.
- WhatsApp balance at zero: Outbound WhatsApp messages stop sending. Incoming messages continue to arrive in the inbox.
- Email credits at zero: Outbound email sending fails. Incoming email processing (if configured) is unaffected.
- Monetary balance at zero: Cannot purchase resource packs or plans. Existing resources continue to work until depleted.
Top up before reaching zero to avoid campaign interruptions.
Payment Methods
Voxvaani accepts payments through Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other Indian payment methods).
